While I haven’t seen this service widely advertised, I know other agents—myself included—who assist investors with off-market or pre-negotiated deals.

I think this would be a great idea there's nowhere in the area to meet up with other real estate investors and my daily circle does not get the passion I have for real estate, I think it may benefit us all and give us all opportunity for networking.

To be successful as a real estate investor in any form - except maybe purchasing the Vanguard REIT index fund - an investor needs education, knowledge and understanding of real estate principles, real estate law, and real estate finance.
