Glad you liked that comment :) I've read A TON of posts from you, we seem to have the same goals/philosophy in mind and you've really impressed me with all you've done and know.

I have it on the real estate page along with other rentals and FSBO's, so I make an impression every week, even if the phone doesn't ring.

Not to brag but hoping to inspire...I just changed the status of my profile to Real Estate Investor from Homeowner as I just closed on my first rental property last Wed.

Two things, in particular, helped me:First, completing my profile forced me to get past some of the idiosyncrasies of the site and become more familiar with its technical aspects.Second, I've developed the habit of spending some time Sunday mornings.

As you can see from the image below, which comes from my profile (see section below my colleagues), your references are neatly displayed on your profile for all to see: Why References & Testimonials are Helpful Having your partners, customers, clients, or colleagues write you a reference allows other members to see that you're someone that they should also be working with.

We are using a commercial bank, and they seemed impressed with how thorough it all was.

My impression is that they have the kind of money where they can afford to do things like that, plus the mortgage is all paid off so their expenses are minimal. 

There seem to be a lot more people in this thread mentioning Bend in their profiles and posts than other parts of Central Oregon, how would you all feel about meeting here in Bend?
