Doors open with knowledge.I agree with Bryan, you can't get stuck in the world of academia, but learning is a life long goal in any industry, if you were in plastics, the process and dyes would keep changing and you'd need to stay current.

I have also been propositioned twice in partnering in opening a recovery house, which I turned down twice.I am wondering is it my place to give my advice to either parties of this deal, or stay completely ignorant and strictly stick to just creating the deal?

My renter in the City of Flint has moved all of her stuff out because we are in the process of an eviction (court date is Jan 8th) However, a cousin that has been staying there on an off (according to her) now refuses to leave and is being belligerent and threatening.
