You could try and sell them to other investors as turn key.You could reach out to some of the big local brokers in your area and let them know what you have and ask if they can shoot it out to their network of investors and see if they can produce any leads.Odds are, selling one at a time is going to get you your highest price.

Ideally, the finisher back then would use de-waxed "super blonde" shellac, which doesn't produce quite the same pronounced amber tint.
