Hi BP Community -I am planning on going to the foreclosure auction next month for my county.

I've read that title search is a must before buying a property from a mortgage auction.

Howdy,For the past couple of months, I’ve been going to the county auctions to buy properties.

When I lived in Ohio and explored foreclosure auctions, my title company offered free title searches since it didn't take them that long and we did enough business with them.   

I just bought a house at a tax sales auction for $9,000. the most is most likely a tear down.

Can a absentee owner get their land back after it has been sold at a tax auction in Arkansas.

Generally "the tax certificate sale" IS an auction.

Is there any way (private money, hard money, etc) to acquire the funds ahead of time to purchase an auction property and then refi once it's acquired? 

I feel like I can check out things like a county assessors or bank auctions and the like but I'm just wondering what kind of lists you guys go after and how you generate them, do you use the assets I mentioned, or do you use something like list source, or something else?

I also have a few lots purchased through a local auction company .
