Your best bet is a hard money lender, and if you don't even have atleast the upfront fees (usually about 5-6%) then the HML probably won't feel comfortable with it.Third, when you say you figure it will sell for 70K or 90K, what are you basing that off of?

without the broker who puts it all on the line - as the owner of the business - the sales agent would not make ****.forget the fees - if you don't like 60/40 - 50/50 i guess is okay.now if you're working in teams with other agents - then maybe the broker takes 30%.if the broker wants to charge all fees, to me that's just defeating the purpose of the business - but i know alot do that.

Google stays away from dynamic pages with lengthy URLs and those which look to the robots they will be changed often.Pages that remain the same are the best bet to be crawled and indexed.
