I mark myself as new; however, I have been learning about re investing for awhile now. 2 words of advice 1)when you go to a seminar, leave your credit card at home - do not buy until you have time to check the person out - they will probably have another seminar in your area soon enough if you want to buy 2)when you find a mentor and they are asking for $$$$, make sure you research them and find out what they have done recently - youmay find out they do a whole lotta nothin but talk a good game.

The buyer never stated how much they are willing to pay to begin negotations, but rather, you may have shown your cards for free to him or her.

According to Ferris the results are often completely different when you're saying "Please enter your credit card number in the form and press Purchase."

Ok awesome i have a few ways of finding buyers the easiest one is at my reia meeting and handing out my cards to the ones who actually rehab not tire kickers, another one is to mail to absentee owners who bought property 3-6 months ago best bet for landlords looking to expand their portfolio, my last option is to go to the auctions I always here of investors having success attending the houses for auction when looking for buyers any other advice?

The last way I will go to the auction and hand out my cards there as I heard that is a great way to find the true buyers that no one else really does.

Study guides are not 100% true to the test, and so flash-carding the test beforehand will only get you so far (As you've learned)A lot of people like to brag that they "COMPLETED MY TEST IN ONLY ONE HOUR!
