I'm ideally looking for companies that have experience with larger homes and who also have basic maintenance capabilities to address issues like broken toilets, replacing HVAC air filters, etc.Any response here or via DM is appreciated, thanks!

As a side note, I do see larger institutional investors buying up a lot of the performing notes but they will not touch a CFD with a ten foot pole (which is why I see a lot more CFD's currently for sale).

(i.e. a larger price with seller financing, a lower price with private money, something in the middle that blends the two).

I see your in ND which may have some more limited options with some of the larger National Lenders in mind, but have you looked to some of the national guys?
