Would there be anyone out there in the BP community that would be interested in attending so we can trade ideas and share marketing tips.

I use a scoring system that helps me get the top application identified, and I concentrate on that one until they prove themselves out or not.My applicants gain points for holding the job for a year or more, lose points if they have held it 3 months or less, gain points for having lived in the community for five years (to me low risk is they have been commuting, but moving to commute often backfires in my area), etc. 

I also teach math and some accounting and personal finance as an adjunct professor at Salt Lake Community College.

If the lots already exist in a community it does not matter what size they are as long as the town ship approves them.

Hello BP Community,I am a very fresh (starting my research) from Tustin, CA and it would be great to start networking with people, especially with similar interests and goals. 

After getting burned on a few small jobs, I was hoping the BP community could help me out before I start bigger jobs.

I'm in need of a local CPA (preferably one who is RE investment savvy) who understands and can grow with my portfolio.
