hey guys sorry i was at work just got home actually, I didn't mean to be vauge i got the info from www.nyc.gov i don't exactly know where but i know it comes up in a excel file and it was in staten island .....i think i was getting in over my head with it... all i really wanted to do was find out where the county clerks office was so i can look at some pre foreclosures.

IF the real estate broker/agent is performing a service in the transaction without receiving compensation ( seems unlikely but crazy things occur all the time) then there’s an excellent chance that the agent will get sued at some point for something related to the transaction.
