I don't think it is as good as quickbooks even when you start to add paid features but its an option. 

It wasn't clear to me on BP how that's done w/o getting featured.

For example, I rented quite a few airbnbs that didn't have a single piece of artwork and a lot of the "features" were just for show and nonfunctional (e.g. a Nashville rental with records and record player prominently featured in marketing, but no speakers).

Some software also has reporting features that allow you to instantly generate financial reports (including P&L and Schedule E reports). 

For rental software, I've been happy with Turbo tenant - it's free and has a lot of features.
