I own a half acre lot in Pukalani and we built two Fabmac houses in 2016-2017 (Fabmac is the distributor on Maui, the houses are made by Clayton Homes in LA - IDK what working with them is like bc we're limited to working with fabmac only here).

@Brian Kantor well I love the vision if you have the clout with the city it zoned for solid residential housing even though you right there build like tanks new builds and fabs would not be good rental property casue of the weather and the wear period .Brick or at least half brick is the norm .
