Reputation, real Training and support as well as how you “ fit “ in the culture will be key in your decision making  I would truly consider half a dozen or so from what you paired down through some  due diligence.

I am looking to retire from the Marines in about a year and a half and settle in the area. 

We also cut the insurance bill in half without losing any coverage and lowered the water bill by $10 a unit installing water efficient toilets, shower heads and faucets.

Half of them are wrong, and the other half are easily misinterpreted by the non-practitioner.

About half of my units have them and from what I can tell most of the tenants don't even use the dishwashers.

I own a half acre lot in Pukalani and we built two Fabmac houses in 2016-2017 (Fabmac is the distributor on Maui, the houses are made by Clayton Homes in LA - IDK what working with them is like bc we're limited to working with fabmac only here).

@Brian Kantor well I love the vision if you have the clout with the city it zoned for solid residential housing even though you right there build like tanks new builds and fabs would not be good rental property casue of the weather and the wear period .Brick or at least half brick is the norm .

I see a continuation of working remotely at vacation spots for at least the first half of 2021.

The net payment is a little more than half the estimate.My questions are the following:Does the tenant forfeit their security deposit if the cost of repairs is higher than the net payment?
