We were looking to concentrate more of the proceeds from our fix and flips towards buy and hold properties given the huge demand for housing within our city.

There's a huge % of our country which votes to give up more of their privacy and freedom every time they're given a ballot whether or not it's in their best interest because doing so typically has some "feel good" gift wrap so we find ourselves in a tough situation as social media/tech/business/finance/foreign interests collide under these conditions. 

I couldn't shake the belief that getting into real estate investing was going to be a long term beneficial decision, but we seemed to be stuck.

My question is, is it beneficial to put the house in an LLC prior to refinancing, or after (does it make a difference?) 

@Nadir M.As the others have stated, the photos are not great and do you and your property a huge disservice.

Over the years I have seen a huge boom in development.

Keys are getting the property at a good price and huge reserves.

Instead, since it leaves out the financing (1 huge variable in your ROI) it is used primarily to make quick comparisons between properties. 

Good Morning BiggerPocketersI currently have one of my rentals in Minnesota White Bear city area has a floor joists problem that need reinforcement as a result of a rehab done 3 years ago where a huge marble island is in place in kitchen apparently making over pressure on the floor led to that cabinets pulled away from the wall by 1/2 inchI need to find a good contractor that can be available to do this job of reinforcing the joistsThanks for your referralsMohamed
