They are high energy dogs, and they are very smart too-- so they need mental stimulation.  

Having had this internal/mental plan to buy real estate, hold onto it, and let it cashflow/appreciate has always made perfect sense to us, but to see this internal thinking become an external reality is the ultimate confirmation that this works.

I am not a depressed person or have mental issues, its just life didnt seem good.

Theoretically you could also list at zero for the selling side and give whatever commission you want to promote to the buyer's agents.Occasionally you will see some deals, especially foreclosures that prohibit commission from going to a principal in the transaction. 

You do not know your right and left margins of mental elasticity and you surely do not know what you do not know.
