I’ve worked with some agents who are set in their ways and never respond which is unfortunate but doesn’t always mean shady.

Not really a “for dummies” site but something similar where it doesn’t tell you what you can get from it but how to actually do it in a step by step instruction.

Is anyone familiar with a similar interface that doesn't cost such an exorbitant amount?

We are in California which probably doesn't help things for us buyers.
