I have been interested in the investing game plan really all my life but never knew it.

I'm under a lot of pressure in my life right now, I'm 24 never had a job, just graduated from college a year ago, in the middle of getting divorced, with a daughter to take care of and I don't have a penny to my name.

I have worked in hotels most my life with my family owning hotels.

My concern is both take care of the property and both pay on time, i am unsure if i want to continue renting because he wants control of things and it makes my life stressful BUT he is in the right according to local law.

It has been a while since I've been here I'm ashamed but I have been caught up in work and real life things going on!
