As far as podcasts - it sounds like I am promoting my own here but since someone mentioned them here is a podcast called KC Multifamily Minute and is a weekly show that details all of the on market deals in KC. 

Rent control itself is dangerous as it promotes more government intrusion into a market that should be free.

@Patrick McGrath This is just another example of politicians looking to promote a personal agenda rather than serve their constituents. 

Go to the dealership and check the top sellers of the month, dealership tend to give promotions for the top salesman of the month which is based on the quantity of cars they sold and not the "$".

LoL...it's virtually impossible to get fired...and pay raises and promotions have very little to do with job performance. 

I'm a promoter by nature and make my sales by promoting products I believe in and letting the products basically sell themselves.I'm not aggressive, pushy or manipulative so "sales" have never been my thing.I was also used to being creative with how I served people (I don't fit well in a box) and there really is NO room for creativity with a license, because the licensed world is heavily regulated and monitored.  

I just select promote and it copies it directly to craigslist.
