These properties are in South West Florida.My question is how long should I wait to refinance these properties.

I see a ton of fellow West Coast investors ready to pounce on out of state single family houses and people here on BP ready to sell them anything under the sun.

@Brian Bower @Bill JacobsenAll the mid west to deep south investors or rust belt would no way touch this deal. but this is what we have here on the West coast.

One of my turn key clients was using it, but the company just said they would stop writing policies effective Post hastefor me personally I could never figure out how they could make it. if they were working mid west and low end markets

I've seen pics, very beautiful but i've never been west of Great Lakes.

In the past 2 weeks, I've sent another 150 yellow letters to 17 zip codes, covering the last zip codes of San Diego (Mid City, College West, University City, Pacific Beach, North Park, Rancho Penasquitos, Clairemont, and Linda Vista) and moving northward towards Escondido, Carlsbad, Oceanside, and San Marcos.

I do this type of lending in the mid west and south east but I require 50% CTLV.. ( not trying to sell my services FYI)
