(This can be deceiving at times though) How do you guys go through your processes in finding deals?

You would need to analyze what type of tenant base is in the other properties and their capabilities to qualify for your project.Sometimes owners like to push the bad tenants onto other building owners.

Good and bad happen in each property and they kind of grow on us. 

They haven't been too bad as far as dust (I have them in my own house, too).
