I have no clue what the heck your going on about with "syndicator boot camps", Nobody I know does anything even remotely close to such, nor would they, there not going to hand away there "secret sauce" and vs what they make as an active syndicator, they'd have to charge minimum $40k per student to make it remotely worth there time.

The closing attorney or Title company may be the determiner for an answer and usually at this point in the process as an agent I'd defer to them.As an investor, I think I'd want all this squared away before closing so maybe check with the attorney/closing company.

I'm not saying it's the right call or not, but if you try other things and can't get results you either move to another place or take the 'legal' route....that could be another option is ask them if they have another unit you could move into.
