I have been checking out a few websites like it and they just want me to sign up for everything, ie they seem desperate for email addresses.

We are Including a clause that explains that though signed now (on/or before 12/1/17), lease only goes into effect closing. 👀.

Until your text counter/counter offers are in writing and signed by both parties they are just verbal negotiations.

If you got a different answer, you agreed to different terms and signed a different contract than most of us are accustomed to seeing.

D- Magazine with an article suggesting that the top end of the MF high end apartment market is in really bad shape from a pricing perspective.I think this is an early sign that we are seeing the end of the boom in Dallas. 

I don't care if they put up the for rent sign and run an ad on craigslist BEFORE it closes.
