I am recently retired looking for opportunities in real estate bringing homes back to life and helping others do the same.

Again the deal should be thoroughly analyzed for cost and risk factors but can really help you decide the price you should pay today for the cash stream.My style of investing is focused on a balance between cash flow and debt repayment.

I have been around contractors my whole life, and have been on numerous job sites/rehabs, so I have developed a very keen sense of locating very professional contractors, and knowing which contractors to stay away from.

New equipment just like a new car performs better and has things older equipment does not.The old freezer the compressor,seals, etc. are all getting toward the end of life expectancy.

I moved to Denver from Casper, Wyoming two years ago after living there my entire life.

Just recently decided to get into real estate and hope to make this a choice of a life time!
