I usually offer a custom website for the buildings I buy with directory of tenants on there and try to help their visibility and business traffic to their own sites.Little things that do not cost much in the overall picture can help foster goodwill with business tenants and they like to stay when they feel landlord keeps up the place and cares.

Get a list of properties from the county tax assessor website or a company like Propstream.

Is there a website for an owner to be able to see the bookings, calendar, expenses, revenues?

I'm in the process of creating a website where guests can book directly, but is there a way to integrate the calendar on my website to the master calendar I have on YourPorter so I dont get any duplicate bookings?

@Devonte Wilson make sure you find out what the limit your city and/or county has on the number of unrelated adults that can live together in one property, most cities have one.
