I've also considered doing a "test run" with an SFR in the Cleveland area and if that does not work, simply converting the unit to long-term and adding it to my existing portfolio.  

So if there was a set of 3 couples who wanted to drive separate my condo wouldn’t be an option.

@Max Emory Does it make sense to pay a bookkeeper to track your finances in Quickbooks over a shadow system (I use Stessa and a google drive for tracking my finances)? 

You can tell a lot about the demographics of a neighborhood by the cars people drive.
