The Golden Rule in sales is that people buy from who they like.

I'm bad about learning and not doing.I've also seen strategies where people buy downtrodden homes, fix them up, refinance, and then take out a loan on the appreciation, and buy another home.  

This site offers a lot of great content for new people just starting out (forums, podcasts, books, etc.).

I definitely reccomend putting something more descriptive in your introduction so more people can grasp on what to help with or just figure out if they want to connect.

Though - the main reason people use the BRRR Strategy is because it allows you to do a "no or low" money down transaction.

Networking and relationships will be critical in helping you go from one level to the next in this business, so get out there and meet likeminded people!
