These types of acquisitions are central to our long-term buy-and-hold strategy in Michigan’s undervalued zip codes.

I really don't mind getting an offer from a wholesaler and I will generally work with them in the future if they are honest, but the amount of calls we get from knuckleheads with scripts thinking they are snowing us by trying to slyly daisy chain a contract gets to be super annoying.

Most are seeking value, stability, and long term growth amid broader market volatility.

Otherwise, we comingle our household and rental expenses to earn more rewards and make things easier and such, and it is fine as long we we can keep the bookkeeping straight. 

There are plenty of areas outside the northeast that will have some CF and will also appreciate 3-6% a year.

Depending on your area and what prices are looking like, I believe multi family could be best. 

So I passed my Exam and currently waiting on a character review that has me kinda nervous!
