A lot of the pre foreclosures scheduled for auction are listed seller may be motivated Both listing have pitfalls on market listing are tough because agents dont position your offer they just show it to the seller (some dont show it at all but there are ways to ensure they do) Off market properties can have all types of weirdness with them so much that I cant even list it here.Either way make sure you're not paying retail and just know most off your offer will get rejected or receive no response, but thats ok. you only need one yes

I then use this pdf and save each image as a PNG, and post that PNG directly into the email file so it pops up on opening (no saving attachments and viewing) Have you had any success with this approach?
