@Carol Lam If you are looking to potentially own multiple properties in the future, then I would recommend considering a Delaware Statutory Trust (DST). 

Quite frankly, I get annoyed at how house hacking has become the de facto answer for getting started.

I understand that forming an LLC can be a great way to build good business credit for purchasing investment properties while protecting yourself personally from any lawsuit that could come up, on top of other tax benefits.1) Once you form a Delaware LLC, what are some of the fastest and best ways to build business credit with your new tax EIN?

Or perhaps you could set up a de facto line of credit with a big hitter of sorts.

@Michael Willis would you be open to looking at Delaware Statutory Trust offerings?

As for the unit, It was fairly fixed up with a smart TV, TV in the room with Netflix, internet, fully furnished, laminate floors, baseboards, tile, light and bathroom fixtures, and new stainless appliances, but definitely not anything really unique with the layout except we tried to go for a Colorado theme, gift baskets, thank you note to guests, pictures of the mountains, etc.
