@Jose Alberto SerratoIt depends on how title was held.If the property was held through an entity or there was some sort of agreement going in that the profits/losses should be split 3 ways, then there should be a partnership return filed.Partnership returns are due March 15 of every year(Calendar year partnerships) with the possibility to extend to September 15.Best of luck
