My next option is just to offer cash, but it was priced so poorly that I was trying to get closer to thier number by taking the financing (terms) to make up for it.

I posted this as a source of information for those that do engage and wish or would like to have grounds to fight this ruling.I can see the logic from both sides but legislation and interpretation are always a point of contention where there is not clear case law on a certain matter and this is clearly one of those cases.

I do know, it they are there and someone is sufficiently motivated they will be found and used.I also know with an attitude toward legislation of, "We have to pass it so we can know what is in it," coupled with the knowledge the members of Congress don't read what they vote on, it would be a pretty safe bet they are there just waiting to be found.
