I think this is the best course of action because if it's not something I LOVE after getting my feet wet I'll still have my current job.

I love California, Los Angeles, and the South Bay but I plan to invest in markets where I have support networks such as Atlanta, Charlotte, and Denver.I'm looking to increase my knowledge as much as possible so that I can take action by using my skill-set, experience, current network, and time to assist others in becoming successful so that I may, in turn, benefit from what they have to offer in support of my personal goals and aspirations.

Very few however will put it into action and do the work.

@Mark Poulton,   The bigger mystery for me, is how is it that the county has not filed a property tax foreclosure action -with 14 years of property taxes outstanding?
