I picked a random date of 3/22/2010, and on that day, there were 21 courthouse foreclosures filed.I would expect the number of Short Sale (TAM) opportunities, today, to be practically zero.

i agree, i don't think it's anyone's business, but to give real estate investors a slightly better image, i'd at least like the sellers to know that the 50,000 they think i'm making is really double what i actually made in profits.
