We typically do a happy hour at a local brewery or rent a suite with catered food/drink at a local baseball game.

Many of these people were also catalysts of the change I was always most drawn to the urban core and met other transplant Augustans like Janie Peel, who knew someday/someway downtown Augusta was going to be more than a late night food and drink destination.

This creates more strain on the STR market, but means less people are coming to spend money on food and gifts.

If there is enough customer traffic in front of the hamburger place to support the hamburger business, there is likewise going to be enough customer traffic in front of the Long John Silvers that doesn't like hamburgers but would prefer fried fish/chicken or any other unhealthy food choices. 

I hope to see Montana as a major producer of food and hemp products in the future.Rural areas have a huge advantage when it comes to relaxed regulations, like no zoning for example.

There will be rent, utilities, food and other expenses to pay and without a steady stream on income, those expenses will eat you alive as you struggle to get off the ground.
