Hi,I finally got possession of a house I bought at a tax auction.

The other think you  need to do is look at LOTS of deals. look at all kinds of deals; listed properties, open houses, wholesalers deals, FSBO, on site auctions, and any property you can get into owned by another investor.

So i am looking at a property and it looks like the owners owe 650k to the bank and now the property is being auctioned. 

How does that process even work, since there is not set price until the auction is finished?
