(dont mean to say cabinets will be made of plastic or anything) The advantages ;- Cost of buying : you will probably pay for this beatifull kitchen set at %50 of retail price ( Example : L shaped kitchen 10 ft x 4 ft , with granite countertop , large sink in place , backsplash tiles already installed on large frames , delivered @ $ 5.500 ) - you dont need to hire anyone to install the kitchen but if you dont feel like it, I would not pay more than $200 for a job that wont take more than 45 min.- if you prefer to install your kitchen to a new property, you can uninstall no problem..Cons :Once the order is finalized I can deliver the units 75 days later not earlier..Pls let me know what you think of this project.. something you would be interested?

One where an owner came out with no shirt and a baseball bat, pissed as Hell and ready to go with a violent fight over someone even asking about buying his house (which he was very close to losing)..Another one where the residents being foreclosed on took off with; every single cabinet, appliances, all plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, HVAC systems, water heater, smashed the drywall to rip out all the copper wiring, took the breaker box, took out every interior door, ripped out all or the laminate flooring, stole the garage doors and motors, even dug out a bunch of plants and trees from the yard!

So far we just wanted to repaint the walls, change the living room floor from carpet to vinyl, and repaint the kitchen cabinets. However, we are not sure if that's enough to attract good tenants (for a 3 bed, 2 bath detached home with a pool in Kissimmee area), or should we spend more time and update the countertop (not sure how it's important for STR), kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, etc..Since we are out-of-state investors, the less amount of effort and money we can spend to get similar results in term of rentals, the better for us.

A year ago when the tenant just moved it there was a leak so the construction people had to take out the cabinets to fix it but the tenant would not let them leave the cabinets inside the house and made them to keep the cabinets in the backyard outside, which obviously damaged the cabinets.
