It also allows me to quick-reference major projects and when they were done and by whom, rather than digging out the paperwork (i.e. "123 Main Street" spreadsheet might have "ABC Gutters, 2/1/16, $1000").In the winter, if/when I have nothing to do, I turn all of the old folders into one scanned .PDF document that I keep on Google Drive.
