It’s easier to do if you can save cabinets and re-paint them, save vanities the same way, etc.

We are near.No flood, pool cage completely ripped off, crack in wall and all trees gone.

We lost comms with neighbors before the water was at our door.Lanai ripped off.Huge palm trees ripped out.That’s what we know so far…No idea how we will regroup and recoup.

The kitchen is ripped apart and there is no sheetrock on the bottom half of the kitchen because thats where the dogs seemed to have peed for the past few years. 

The new owner is painted as a jerk because he/she expects market rent for the property they paid for.

I replaced the carpet, full kitchen remodel, whole house paint and slight bathroom updates. 90% of it was sweat equity.

The kitchen cabinets need to be painted, replace some of the flooring and maybe add a few can lights. everything seems to be cosmetic and would be about $20k.
