2) If you advertise your property for rent at $1300, S8 won't pay the pure rent of $1550 - which would be over market.There are several scammers promoting themselves as S8 gurus online that use questionable means to get around #2 above.

A GURU would promote such an opportunity and not own a single property or even a percentage of a property.

I just put literally everything that I want to do routinely on a timer for number of days in a week, month, quarter, etc I want to do it:exercise, date night with wife, reading, language study, videos, blog, see a friend, record my podcast, promote my podcast, bigger pockets, and yes, sleep at least 7 hours on a night (I do that 5 days a week in case you're wondering), and probably 30-50 other things.It sounds like it would be a lot to track but it's really not.

In addition, this is promoting the corpretocracy that is very apparent in todays society.
