Account Closed I tend to agree with you with any product that has other stuff integrated, just more things that can go wrong. 

Most of that stuff is what my entire life has consisted of but with different products.

Focus on doing income productive thing when you start inesting.

I started work at a young age and have always been a very hard worker, very dependable but lacked in education but I have changed my mentality and I should finish my GED this month and hopefully start working on my Real Estate License to gain more  knowledge about real estate, right now I work in production and I have been for the last 8 yrs and I am ready for something new , I hope to own, rent and flip real estate in the future.

Just replace it with a similar product.

Their customer service and overall product was terrible at best. 

If the cost is close to the same I would want to own a new product over an old building that has been rehabbed unless the land that is sitting on it is very valuable for the area and cannot be replaced etc.I only do commercial these days.

Many of these give sales pitches, gurus try to sell their products or mentoring programs, or someone tries to get you to invest in a REI Fund by a group of people pooling their money, for some REI and promising an unrealistic return.
