I live on the north-end of Atlanta but do most of my investing inside the city-perimeter.

However, I'm going to the University of North Texas, and if I minor in RE, I believe I can skip the other requirements for a broker's license, since I'm taking my classes at a university.  

San Antonio is the nearest major city to the Eagle Ford shale which is currently the largest and most active shale play in North America.

In Cape Coral, Lehigh Acers, Port Charlotte, North Port, Punta Gorda we have plenty of buildable land ideal for build-to-rent.

If you could find out if it is North of South Bentalou St, as there are lot of places for available on Bentalou.
