Here, most realtors require an offer to be accepted before the buyer can walk through the house, doesn't seem to slow anything down because demand is pretty high.

A chance to slow down from the ‘hustle and grind’ (the phrase that makes so many of us cringe in the first place) and take the time to enjoy a sunset together, read some books, do some house projects, and go for a walk on a snowy day.

I personally like to walk/talk through the lease with the tenant even if it's by phone before sending it electronically for signing.
