Our political system is broken, democracy has reached it's limit in an ever increasinlgly complex world that is hard to understand for people, so they basically give up and just vote based on emotion and ideology.

In addition, the owner of the home must not own more than three single-family homes.3) They are unable to provide sufficient documentation, such as the emotional support animal letter, that verifies the ESA is necessary for their health and well-being.4) The tenant provides fraudulent documentation attesting to their need for an emotional support animal (usually a fake emotional support animal letter).5) The landlord can demonstrate that making accommodations for an ESA would impose undue financial burden or logistical burden. 6) The animal is destructive to the property or displays threatening behaviors that could put other tenants or yourself at risk.7) The size or nature of the animal makes it impossible to house safely or humanely.

BUT before you give me your answer if it emotional based or for personal reasons then you are on the wrong message board!!!!  

There is no one to relocate, no emotional attachment, its costing the homeowner money as it sits there vacant and deteriorating so its an easy argument to make for selling.

However, in residential properties you're also contending with another class of buyers who are not investors and makes purchasing decision based on personal taste, emotions, etc.

My suggestion would be to find a good team that is familiar with real estate investors, and is familiar with how investors think, i.e they make decisions by the number, and not necessarily by emotion.

There are literally thousands of tourists who come here on vacation, have a great time and, acting more on emotion instead of any kind of financial analysis, buy a vacation home.

Its your house.The absolutely worse thing you can do is get emotion and start making demands.
