I've been trying to read articles and watch videos to familiarize myself but lack practical knowledge for obvious reason.

One video on real estate (Biggerpockets) led me to spend countless hours researching real estate.

I hope it will give me more motivation and knowledge than just rewatching all the YouTube videos.

I’m interested in learning if my REI income (Sch E) could be shielded by contributing to a Solo 401k - or if I them open myself up to SE Tax; or if I should just focus on my Sch C RE agent income to make those contributions.
