:Having a strategic foreclosure on your credit report is sure gonna put crimp on your investing for several years.If the loan is non-recourse and in a corporate name, how does it affect your personal credit?

I truly believe the corporate nature and dullness of an HOA disregards individual’s emotion and opinions.  

Hey Guys new member just joined yesterday and want to hit the ground running...Back story I created a corporation back in 2012 in Georgia and never did anything with it, still active but noncompliant at the moment.Question: Should I move that entity to TX (where I currently reside) and change to LLC or should I start a new entity from scratch?

We have a strong and diverse rental market, and there is actually a lot of growth and bigger corporations moving in.

I wanted to know if my LLC should be organized (designated) a sub-chapter S corporation.

I am a small corporation of 9 houses.

The market that I am looking at is a very strong rental market right now and is showing signs of growth in the next few years ( large corporations coming to town amount other positive factors ). 

I worked as a Firefighter and EMT through college then moved back to Atlanta to enter corporate America.
