Hey everyone,My name is Quentin Yip and I'm an Air Force Captain that's been in the D.C. area for about 8 months. 

Obtaining financing as a new Portfolio Manager fresh off the streets, down right impossible without some serious assets in the bank to secure the loan.  

In your location I imagine fresh air can be enjoyed much of the year and is an integral part of daily life (unlike middle Georgia where we keep the windows closed 90% of the year).

I really have nothing to add to this discussion other than the fact I am thankful there is some air and land in between properties here in Oklahoma....at least for the vast majority of them.  

A question for you: How do you handle air conditioning?

People are finding opportunities to move back and are returning to the city, moving into the freshly rehabbed historic neighborhoods.

If it was 66% all in fresh then you would have something that might be a no brainer. 

In five years you may even be wise :)Like anyone with a plethora of priorities in the air, I'm busy but am happy to talk anytime.

That being said, the property need a kitchen, 1.5 baths, flooring, drywall, heating / air, water heater, sliding glass door and paint in each of the 3 units (approx. 1,300 sq ft each unit).
