@Derek Meyer If he’s willing to do some research, I’ll say swing trading leveraged ETFs has worked wonders for me.

Companies have trouble sorting that out and bad workers lead to policy swings on the issue.

Can you swing a hammer or is that not where your skills are best utilized.

That's a great strategy, I can probably swing $500 a week but since I'm currently in Gainesville, FL I can try and get it cheaper. 

Someday we'll be forced to stop having lush green lawns in California and stop building golf courses and restaurants with misters in places like Phoenix.

If you allow a pet, go in the unit or home 1 week later and check on the housekeeping and the animal's conditions, if the is an issue grow a pair and speak up and correct it, leave with the understanding that you'll be checking again or make another excuse like, I'm going to need to get in here to check the HVAC soon, I can call you a few minutes before I come as I'll just be swinging by when I can.
