I can install the gateway (data receiver) in the office, but I am not sure NextCentury will be able to collect data on the units in the second building.

Has anyone used a virtual assistant to login data into a Excel spreadsheet like for instance, if I'm interested in foreclosure can I give to virtual assistant the websites that I want to look into and have them log the information as far as how much the bid amount I am willing to go up to.

I just looked at a property in my area for a 2 unit duplex with 2 bedrooms 1 bath an each.
