@Adithya Y.I recommend before venturing into this to team with a local developer as development is no easy task especially in today’s environment, also if you are looking for financing it will be difficult and you will have to spend considerable money up front prior to financing.Also if you want that many units and 8-10 parking spaces 4,000sf lot seems very small.Lastly chances of getting a lot rezoned for your specific use are slim to none in a major metropolitan area
