I'm not sure I can promote facebook groups on here but the most active one is the Millennial Real Estate Investor Group which is MSP based and has ~3k/members in it.

They are likely looking for rent-by-the-room for the community so being intentional about creating and promoting an inclusive and productive environment.

@Joe Smith I don't know this particular group but I am VERY suspect of people promoting tax liens.

@Juan Carlos Flores Garcia I just saw a promotion for a credit union I use.

Offer to follow up, text, call etc… or offer to help promote their brand, via social media or video or any other marketing… I did this for years before I was full time and it was a great, gradual experience. 

This way I get the knowledge, exposure, and experience to be able to accomplish my goals financially and mentally.

The father in law sounds like he has some mental health issues and is a busy body going around making up problems...his daughter told me he is a really handy guy and can help fix things around the house if I like and I told them no.

The people who are unaware of current values are often older or have diminished mental capacity.
