We solved this by converting a coat closet in the living room which backed up to the kitchen, into kitchen floor space where we put the fridge and then moved the stove to the old fridge spot, then put the new dishwasher in the old stove spot and topped it all off with granite.

Hey Tyrone Watler im new as well i haven't tied down any deals as of yet but I didn't spend money on leads I did D4D (Driving4Dollars) and i actually got a few calls off of that...so maybe just gas the car up and do some canvassing u may find sumthn!

I will be taking a little pause (about 3 months off) around Christmas or New Years for the birth of my first child and for some stuff I need to do professionally, but I plan on getting back at it next summer and having those 2 units completely up and running by the beginning of May 2018.

I'm sorry you got sucked into that thinking it was a legitimate real estate course, you'd be better off forgetting the old rent/lease to own concept as now you have Dodd Frank to contend with, that's federal law.The only way you can hold on to a property is by not selling it, so are you saying your tenants can't buy?
